Colleen
Practice manager
Colleen has over 18 years experience in assisting patients. She has completed her Certificate iii in dental assisting and also holds a Bachelor degree in Psychological Sciences through Swinburne University.
Colleen’s extensive experience and knowledge of behavioural studies makes her an extremely valuable member of Whitehorse Smile Care. Colleen focuses on gentle patient care and making dental treatment as comfortable as possible.
Outside of work Colleen enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, playing netball and reading novels!
Ashley
Dental Assistant
Ashley is our senior nurse and has approached her position with an undeniable eagerness for dental care. Ashley previously worked in the beauty industry, completing a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and studies in Dermal Therapies. In 2018, Ashley decided she wanted a change and entered the dental field. She completed her Certificate III in Dental Assisting in 2019.
Ashley’s friendly and warm nature and previous experience in customer service and client centred care makes her a well-rounded dental assistant. Ashley takes pride in ensuring that patients feel as comfortable as possible and have a positive experience in her care.
Ashley loves to cook, train her puppy, spend time with family and friends and plan her next travelling adventure.
Imogen
Dental Assistant
Imogen is one of the newest members to the Whitehorse Smile Care team. Taking on the position out of high school, she came into the role with a fresh face approach and is eager to learn and grow with the practice. Imogen has a bright and bubbly personality which puts even the most nervous patient at ease. Having many younger nieces and nephews, she has lots of experience with children and is the king of the kids.
Imogen is passionate about promoting dental health and well-being, especially to children. Having previous experience in customer service and currently studying a bachelor’s degree in public health, she is a valued addition to our practice.
In her spare time, she likes watching movies, singing, seeing friends, and spending time with her family.
