Cancellation policy

To ensure that our patients receive the best possible care we only have a limited number of appointments available.

When you book an appointment with us we guarantee you this time. Last minute cancellations significantly impact the Whitehorse Smile Care team and other patients. Therefore:

We require a minimum of 24 hours for all cancellations.

​

Cancellations without a 24 hour notice or failure to attend an appointment will result in a failed to attend fee.

For your convenience we have a phone answering service outside of our clinic opening hours.
